My Practice
My therapy approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in both cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented psychotherapies. I draw from a variety of skill-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also addressing underlying patterns and themes around perceptions of self and connection with others. I am particularly attentive to the experiences that shape our underlying assumptions and relational styles, and to the social and cultural contexts of our lives.
As a therapist I am active, attentive, and accepting. It is my hope and intention to create a safe space to facilitate your healing and growth. Together we will work toward reaching greater clarity and taking steps toward your goals.
Areas of Practice:
Panic Disorder
Worry/GAD
